Coastal Costumes

In Portugal the existence of specific types of costumes for certain jobs and tasks are nealy non-existent. Thus, the seaweed harvesters’ costumes, made with branqueta (type of woollen cloth), used in between the rivers Lima and Ave, are a remarkably substantial exception.
